Description:Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Raise up off the floor, contract your abs and sit at about 45 degrees angle. Hold your weight with your both hands directly in front of you. This exersice may be executed with any additional weights. Contract your abs, twist slowly from your torso to your right touch the floor with the weight or your hands. Try to hold the position for a moment. Quickly but smoothly contract your abs and twist the torso back to the center position. And then proceed to touch the floor fromthe other side of you.
